Meet Our Team

Matt is the founder of All Star who successfully grew the company over the last 13 years as CEO.  In November 2022 Matt transitioned to All Star’s Board of Directors as Executive Chairman and will continue to assist in All Star’s M&A efforts and maintaining the Company’s growth-minded and customer centric culture.   

During his tenure leading the company, All Star expanded its product line from lights into wheels and mirrors, optimized its distribution network to 13 facilities with the ability to deliver in 2 days or less, and integrated multiple acquisitions into the business.  The organization in this time grew revenues by 4x, and more than doubled its workforce. 

Matt graduated from the University of Central Florida with a business management degree focusing on entrepreneurship and went on to earn his MBA from the University of Florida. When not at work, Matt loves digging in with his faith, family, and sports.  

He enjoys the more classic cars and loves the 1965 Shelby Cobra. 

Andrew is an experienced automotive executive who was appointed CEO in November 2022.  Andrew has extensive expertise growing global automotive manufacturing and distribution businesses over the last 20+ years, having held leadership positions based in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. His experience within the automotive supply chain, track record of scaling the operations at his predecessor businesses and aggressive growth mindset made him the perfect leader for All-Star's next phase of growth.  

Prior to joining All Star, Andrew served in general management capacities in multi-national automotive companies, including Federal-Mogul and Tenneco, in both aftermarket and OE businesses.  Since 2000, he has held senior positions in quality, engineering, lean manufacturing, operations, and sales & marketing.  He most recently served as Group Vice President and General Manager for Tenneco's America's Aftermarket, Motorparts Division.  

Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and earned a Masters in Business from Michigan State University.  Andrew resides in Florida with his wife and three children.   

Andrew has a passion for cars, especially Corvettes, and for outdoor activities, and enjoys both with his family.

Tom has served as the CFO of All Star since 2020, working closely with the executive team to drive significant revenue growth, margin improvement, and operating efficiencies.  His previous CFO roles at Nine West Group and Steak n Shake developed him into a proven C-level finance and operations executive with a track record of driving value by launching and growing successful global businesses, turning around underperforming businesses, effectively managing working capital in all economic conditions, and building successful teams.  

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Vermont. He resides in Florida with his wife and enjoys travelling around the country to spend time with their four adult children. In addition to spending time with his family, Tom enjoys international travel, non-fiction books, and sports.  

Tom’s favorite car is the Maserati Ghibli. 

Greg joined All Star in 2021 as COO with over 25 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and business leadership. Prior experiences at Stanadyne, FN America, and PurePower Technologies developed Greg into a leader who builds high achieving teams and leads cultural transformations within complex manufacturing environments. He combines strategic leadership, organizational influence, and lean thinking to immediately improve performance within a winning culture to achieve long-term, sustainable performance. 

Greg graduated from Oakland City University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and earned an M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan.  He is currently pursuing a M.A. in Theological Studies from Liberty University.  Greg is married with three children and lives in Columbia, South Carolina.  Greg enjoys golfing and spending time with family on the water, either boating or at the beach.
